This property was originally set up as an RV Park or Mobile Home area.  There are some lots that were sold in 1986 or 1987.  This has never been used as a RV Park. There are no paved roads, only an easement for the roads.  There is a cleared road thru part of the property.  Arrangements for any water should be discovered thru the Concho Rural Water Corp.  There are no septic tanks or water wells on this Property.  Electricity is available thru A.E.P. None is currently provided.
