The Lewis Ranch is located in southwestern Sutton County, on the south side of HWY 189. This property has been virtually untouched for the past decade and has acted as a safe haven for wildlife in the area. There is one water well with a submersible pump that feeds a concrete water trough on the east side of the property. On the west end of the property there is a water well with a windmill that is not currently in use. Electricity access is also available on the property. The topography on this ranch is mostly rolling with a decent amount of live oak cover, and beautiful views looking south down the canyons.
